During the 1847 Irish famine, CALEB (M, 14) is pushed to extraordinary lengths to provide for his family. Battling the elements, other survivors, and his own mind in the search for food; Caleb soon discovers salvation is closer to home than he first thought.

‘Ocras’ was an official selection at BAFTA Qualifying Bolton International Film Festival 2023 and was long-listed for “Best Student Short Film,” “Best British Director,” and “Best Production Design” at The British Short Film Awards 2023.
